Men’s: 

1. Neck: Measure around your neck at Adam’s apple height, keeping some slack in the tape
2. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms 
3. Sleeve Length: Measure from center back label, along shoulder to sleeve opening
4. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping some slack in the measuring tape 
5. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips 
6. Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam, along inside of leg to ankle
